PBA here refers to PBA-0405, an engineered immune-targeting substance designed to link natural killer cells to ROR1-positive tumor cells. By binding both the CD16 receptor on natural killer cells and the ROR1 marker on certain cancer cells, it is intended to stimulate immune cell killing of those tumor cells.
